We, LOKA JAPANESE FOOD & BEVERAGE, are a food import and wholesale business that started operations in April 2014. With over 500 customers and more than 500 different products, we are one of the significant food wholesalers in Cambodia.
LOKA’ is a Khmer word meaning ‘the world.’ It reflects our commitment to serving customers of all nationalities.
Our mission is to become the leading food distribution company in Cambodia and the best partner for our customers. We strive to provide high-quality products and reliable services.
Our wholesale business manages import, inventory control, sales, and delivery. We have built a network of suppliers and offer sample distribution. Additionally, customers can request consolidation services for bulk purchases.
We handle various products, including seafood, livestock, agricultural goods, seasonings, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and other ambient temperature items. As a Japanese-affiliated trading company, we specialize in Japanese foodstuffs.
In the agricultural sector, we also engage in farm production and development. We supply branded vegetables and seasonings produced on our farms to supermarkets and restaurants in Phnom Penh.

Deploying a Freezing Stocker in Our Warehouse
Most of our products are stored in stock units (12 units per batch) in our warehouse. To ensure quick deliveries, we have a system that allows us to dispatch ordered products efficiently.
Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer (-60°C) for Tuna Storage
We have introduced an ultra-low temperature freezer (-60°C) in Cambodia. This system allows for stable storage of frozen tuna, including bluefin tuna and yellowfin tuna, preventing discoloration and preserving freshness.
Vacuum Packing Machine for Better Preservation
To maintain product quality, we have introduced a vacuum packing machine. If packaging is damaged during importation or inventory maintenance, we repackage it carefully. This prevents freezing burns and ensures the products remain fresh.
Introducing Ice Battery® for Temperature Control
Maintaining a cold chain in Cambodia’s tropical climate is a challenge. With the introduction of Ice Battery® from IIT, we can keep delivery temperatures stable, even when Phnom Penh reaches 40°C. This system helps maintain product quality at around -15°C, ensuring freshness upon arrival.

Order: You can order by e-mail, phone, SMS (LINE), and other SNS. Please get in touch with us at least one day before the desired delivery date.
Delivery: Our delivery staff will deliver your order to the store of your choice the day after your order is placed. Usually, we ship the morning after the order date. Orders placed in the morning of the same day will be shipped in the afternoon of the same day if requested. If you order an item outside our inventory, we will contact you separately to inform you of the shipping schedule (please check with our sales staff for details).
Payment method: For new orders, we ask that payment be made by cash on delivery (COD) upon receipt of the first month’s order. For continuing transactions, you can choose between COD or monthly lump-sum payment (the last day of the month and the 10th of the following month) from the second month onward.
