Our company culture begins with integrity
We, LOKA FOOD&BEVERAGE, are a food import and wholesale business that started operations in April 2014. With over 500 customers and over 500 different products, we are one of the significant food wholesalers in Cambodia.
The word “LOKA” is a Khmer word meaning “the world,” It reflects our desire to serve our many customers regardless of their nationality.
Our mission is to be the only one in the Cambodian food distribution industry and the best partner for our customers by providing high-quality products and reliable services.
Our food wholesale business handles import, inventory control, sales, and delivery. We also provide a network of suppliers, sample distribution, and a consolidation service for bulk purchases when our customers request.
We handle various products, including seafood, livestock, agriculture, seasonings, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and other ambient temperature products. Of course, as a Japanese-affiliated trading company, we specialize in Japanese foodstuffs.
In agricultural products, we are also involved in our farm production and development business. We supply branded vegetables and seasonings produced on our farms to supermarkets and restaurants in Phnom Penh.

In terms of distribution, we have a vast distribution network covering all of Cambodia by cooperating with our branch office in Bangkok and partners in more than ten countries.
By cooperating with wholesalers and transporters in Cambodia, we can deliver our products all over the country, especially in the major cities of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Sihanoukville.
We provide our products to customers in all industries, including restaurants, mass merchandisers, supermarkets, individual entrepreneurs, and direct-to-consumer sales.

Business Negotiations: If you are interested in our services and products and have or plan to open a store in Cambodia, please get in touch with us. Our sales staff (Japanese or Khmer) will meet with you to discuss the details.
Order: You can order by e-mail, phone, SMS (LINE), and other SNS. Please get in touch with us at least one day before the desired delivery date.
Delivery: Our delivery staff will deliver your order to the store of your choice the day after your order is placed. Usually, we ship the morning after the order date. Orders placed in the morning of the same day will be shipped in the afternoon of the same day if requested. If you order an item outside our inventory, we will contact you separately to inform you of the shipping schedule (please check with our sales staff for details).
Payment method: For new orders, we ask that payment be made by cash on delivery (COD) upon receipt of the first month’s order. For continuing transactions, you can choose between COD or monthly lump-sum payment (the last day of the month and the 10th of the following month) from the second month onward.
