LOKA Japanese Foods & Beverage is a specialized importer and wholesaler of Japanese food and beverages, established in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2014.
With more than 800 products, LOKA offers one of Cambodia’s most extensive selections of Japanese food, including fresh seafood for raw consumption, Japanese Wagyu beef, agricultural products, beverages, seasonings, frozen foods, and more. We continuously introduce new products in response to market trends and customer needs.
To date, we have supplied more than 600 businesses, including supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and wholesalers. Our delivery network covers Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and other areas across Cambodia.
Through our network of partners in Japan, Thailand, and other countries, we have established a reliable logistics system covering ambient, chilled, and frozen products, with transportation by land, sea, and air. Fresh seafood is air-freighted from Japan every week, while refrigerated and frozen containers are imported monthly to ensure a stable supply.
Our team of approximately 100 employees, including Japanese staff based in Cambodia, provides comprehensive customer support. We also collaborate with other businesses within our group, including NOVA MARKETING, which operates an in-house e-commerce platform with more than 10,000 users across Cambodia. This enables us to offer not only food supply, but also tailored support for product development, marketing, and sales promotion.

We also provide Japanese sake and other alcoholic beverages, frozen foods, and a wide range of temperature-controlled products, ensuring that our customers have access to fresh, authentic Japanese food products.

S.E.A.T.S Inc. is a venture company founded in Cambodia in 2013, developing a range of businesses centered around food. Leveraging our network across the Mekong region and ASEAN, together with the expertise and know-how we have developed in Japan, we operate across a wide range of fields, including import and export, production, wholesale, and retail.
Today, our business is built around four core areas: food import and wholesale, food retail, agricultural production and development, and digital marketing. We also operate our own retail stores and work to expand our original products into international markets.
